Came into town for a funeral and decided to stay here. Walked in and asked for a simple cheap room, but there was limited availability. Erin, the manager, was on the desk and while looking we chatted a bit about her recently losing her father. She ended up giving me a large king room with jacuzzi for a very affordable price. It was not expected but greatly appreciated. She was super friendly and really went above and beyond. 5-star experience.
Nice big clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows! Great breakfast (though it got overwhelmed around 8:30). Kids had fun in pool, waterslide, and sauna! Staff were amazing and friendly! We will come back!
All staff were very friendly and accommodating - especially the maintenance man. Customer service isn't dead! There were a lot of options for breakfast and the food was great. The hotel and pool area are very clean and well maintained. The pool area is spectacular! Rates were very reasonable - we got such great value!
We go every year for an annual retreat and it is a fabulous place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are spacious and have amazing mattresses and pillows, a large tv and Keurig. We'll be back again next year!
Stayed here for the weekend, as there was a hockey tournament close by. The hotel was reasonably clean, some guests kept leaving disposable coffee cups in the elevator. The kids all enjoyed the pool, though several managed to cut their feet on the pool bottom, near the slide. Included breakfast was standard affair, juices, coffee, cereals , powdered scrambled eggs and sausage and a pancake maker. The outdoor power hook ups for block heaters, were spotty, some had power drop issues and some weren’t functional at all. The hotel might consider adding a couple of destination chargers, or a few spots with 240V 14R50 hook ups for level 2 chargers for guests with Electric vehicles, even if there was a small up charge price. Overall it was a comfortable stay.
The front desk staff at this hotel were by far some of the best I've seen in a long time. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. The pool are was really nice.
We are sooo happy with this hotel! Front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful, rooms are clean and cozy, the tiny soaps are adorable, waterslide is actually really fun for adults too, lol. We are here for 2 nights and its quite lovely. Super close to all amenities, great parking! AWESOME breakfast!
